You will also be introduced to standard blocks and punches for self-defense, and will begin to be exposed to a variety of mixed martial arts disciplines. You will also have an opportunity to participate in light contact grappling and sparring.
Purple Belt / 1-Blue Stripe / 2-Blue Stripes / 3-Blue Stripes
Reaching the Purple Belt and Blue-Stripe level is an accomplishment in your martial arts training journey. At this level you will learn advanced defensive techniques, as well stronger offensive strikes.
Blue Belt / 1-Green Stripe / 2-Green Stripes / 3-Green Stripes
At the Blue Belt level, the student is a senior leader of the class. They may be expected to assist during lining up and exercises. They are expected to act in a manner of a high-ranking student as an example to the other students in the dojo. The student's success up to this level provides them with a very solid foundation for continued success at the next step in their martial arts journey.
